Our studio is built on a decade of experience, global perspectives, and a love for creating brands that feel both timeless and alive. Behind each project is a team of curious, thoughtful designers who treat every brand as if it were their own.
Creative Director
Cansu Dağbağlı Ferreira
Cansu is a brand designer with over 10 years of experience and 350+ completed projects worldwide. She blends her early corporate experience with freelance practice, bringing both structure and creative freedom into her work. With a background in Product Design (BSc) and Design (MA), she approaches branding strategically yet with a deeply human touch, always treating client projects with the same care as her own.
Born in İzmir, Turkey and now based in Paris, she considers herself a world citizen after living in four countries. Beyond design, she is passionate about travel, gastronomy, and the slow living philosophy, all of which inspire her creative perspective.
Designer
Murat Kaan Öztürk
Since childhood, Murat has been driven by a constant desire to create whether it was drawing, building or simply imagining new things, he always found joy in bringing ideas to life. He dropped out of college to follow his passion for design and built his career as a freelance brand designer. While freelancing gave him freedom, what he values most is creating together. At Matte, he’s driven by the chance to shape ideas as a team and leave a lasting mark on the world.

Didem Dağbağlı
For as long as she can remember, Didem has been fascinated by the interplay of imagination and reality. Balancing creativity with problem-solving defines her work, bridging illustration and UX/UI design. Her multidisciplinary practice spans graphics, iconography, and digital experiences, while her artworks have been featured in international exhibitions and publications. She also writes on design philosophy and trend forecasts, sharing reflections on how creativity shapes the future.
Born in Izmir, raised in the Aegean, and now based in Istanbul, she draws on awareness, astronomy, mythology, art, and philosophy to create design that is both clear and deeply resonant.
